​Julie Yochim

Executive Search Consultant
Julie Yochim has spent 21 years in the sporting goods industry. She joined Sports Group International in 2013 and serves as the resident specialist in product design, development, engineering, marketing, and sales searches. Julie's client base ranges across footwear, apparel, and equipment.
​
Julie has earned the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) credential from the National Association of Personnel Services. CPC has been the 'Mark of a Professional' in the executive search servcies industry since 1961.
Prior to joining SGI Julie was the Research Manager for search synergy, inc., an executive search firm in Portland serving the footwear industry. Julie also worked in apparel product management at adidas for 6 years. Prior to that, she held various sales and management roles with Nordstrom.

Julie spends her spare time volunteering in her children's schools and is a board member of the non-profit, Random Kindness. She enjoys running, boating, reading and attending her childrens' sporting events. She is also an Orangetheory fanatic.

Dave Reinhart
Senior Vice President

Dave Reinhart has enjoyed 30+ years in the sporting goods industry. Prior to joining SGI in 2000, Dave spent 13 years in sales and marketing management with Spalding Sports, and his initial start as an independent manufacturers sales representative.
​
Reinhart is a member of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) and has earned certification (CPC) from this organization. The process to achieve this distinction involves a rigorous examination and satisfaction of demanding ethical and professional standards.
​
Dave has placed managers in key positions with many of the industry’s premier companies. Dave's placements include categories as diverse as apparel, footwear, team sports, equipment, outdoor, ski, eyewear and luggage.
​
Reinhart has sold and marketed to every channel of distribution in the sporting goods industry and has extensive knowledge at every level of management.
​
Dave is also a former national class distance runner and triathlete and has won USA titles in both track and cross-country. He is a member of the American University Sports Hall of Fame.
​
In his spare time Dave enjoys coaching high school cross-country, indoor and outdoor track at Northampton High School.

Mr. White founded Sports Group International, the executive search firm serving the sporting goods industry in 1989. Joe has conducted over 500 executive search assignments for a wide variety of sports companies and has recruited thousands more executives.
​
Joe specializes in recruiting CEO, President, and Vice President professionals for sporting goods and licensed products companies that are privately held, including private equity firms.
​
Mr. White also serves as the President of SGI Leaderboard, a career leadership company. Mr. White works one-on-one with aspiring leaders on leadership skills, personal branding, and career transition.
​
Joe spent the first 14 years of his career in the sporting goods industry holding positions of increasing responsibility in classical product management, brand management, and sales management. Companies he worked for include Head Ski and Tennis, Penn Athletic, and Huffy Sports.
​
Mr. White has served on the Board of Directors of both the National Association of Personnel Services, (NAPS) and the North Carolina Association of Personnel Services. He has earned NAPS cerification as a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and as A Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS). Both certification processes involve rigorous training, examination, satisfaction of demanding ethical and professional standards, and continuing education.
